Introduction

SupportID is a customizable iOS/iPadOS app designed for enterprise deployments via Mobile Device Management (MDM). It displays device information and provides quick access shortcuts to system settings and your organization’s Self Service portal.

When managing hundreds or thousands of devices, end users and IT support staff need quick access to device identifiers — serial numbers, asset tags, user assignments, and more. SupportID puts this information front and center, fully customizable through your MDM solution.

SupportID is available on the App Store for $0.99 per device. For enterprise and education deployments, the app can be purchased in volume through Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager and assigned to devices via your MDM.
