Privacy Manifest

Starting with iOS 17, Apple requires apps to include a Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) that declares which system APIs are used and why. SupportID’s App Store build includes this manifest — no action is required on your part.

SupportID accesses the following system APIs:

API Category Reason Code Purpose
System Boot Time 35F9.1 Used in storage calculations
File Timestamp C617.1 Reading file system metadata for storage info
Disk Space E174.1 Displaying storage usage to the user

SupportID’s privacy manifest confirms that the app:

  • Accesses system boot time, file timestamps, and disk space only for displaying storage information
  • Does NOT track users
  • Does NOT collect personal data
  • Has no tracking domains
  • Does NOT use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs

All data displayed in SupportID comes from your MDM’s Managed App Configuration — the app itself does not collect, transmit, or store any device information. Data points (serial numbers, usernames, etc.) are delivered to the app by your MDM and displayed locally on the device.
